Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the time your order is confirmed.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Free delivery within Pakistan for prepaid orders of Rs. 2,000 and above.

  • Free delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders of Rs. 8,000 and above.

  • A flat rate of Rs. 180 will be charged on COD orders below Rs. 8,000.

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • All deliveries are fully traceable, and you will receive SMS and email updates from the courier company.

We aim to meet these delivery timelines; however, during busy periods (such as sale seasons), deliveries may take slightly longer.
In case of force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), delivery delays may occur.
ThreadStudio will not be held responsible for any parcels lost or stolen due to specific delivery instructions provided to the courier company.

The estimated delivery time for orders within Pakistan is 3–5 working days, and for international orders, it is 7–10 working days.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via email, phone, or social media, and provide your order number.
Our team will promptly track and update you on the status of your order.

If your order has been dispatched through a trackable courier service, you can easily track its journey to your doorstep.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse.
