Return & Exchange

At ThreadStudio, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Items bought online can be exchanged for a different size or color only if the original item was incorrectly shipped (wrong size, style, or color) or found faulty upon delivery.

If your order qualifies for an exchange:

  • The item will be scheduled for pickup in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • A replacement will be sent free of charge, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a coupon code (valid for 2 months) that can be used for your next online purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For SALE items, only size exchange is allowed (if available). Color or design exchanges are not applicable for discounted items.

All merchandise shipped in a defective or faulty condition may be returned to ThreadStudio’s online store.
A request for exchange or coupon code must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with proof of defect.

For orders within Pakistan, the faulty merchandise will be picked up by our courier service.
Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging with tags attached.

Please note:

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

  • In case the replacement item is unavailable, a coupon code will be provided for future purchases.

  • Most returns are processed within 2–3 weeks after the complaint is received, though processing delays may occur.

In cases where an item is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you with the following options:

  1. Coupon Code:
    You may request a coupon code (valid for 2 months) that can be used only for online purchases.

  2. Product Replacement:
    You may choose another article from our website.

    • If the new item is higher in price, the difference will be paid by the customer.

    • If the new item is lower in price, the remaining balance will be issued as a coupon code for future use.
